bat339 Terms and Conditions — Rules Every Player Must Know

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bat339 ("bat339", "we", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing bat339, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use bat339. Your continued use of the platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. bat339 will notify registered players of material changes by email or by a notice displayed prominently on the platform.

bat339 operates in accordance with its internal policies and reserves the right to amend or withdraw any product, feature, promotion or service at any time without prior notice, subject to obligations already entered into with registered players.

Account Rules

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one bat339 account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed.
• Accurate information: You must not register using false, misleading, or another person's identity information. bat339 reserves the right to close any account where fraud or misrepresentation is suspected.
• Account security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. bat339 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your password.
• Non-transferable: Your bat339 account, balance and accumulated points are personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another person.
• Contact details: You must keep your registered mobile number current. bat339 uses this number for account verification, security alerts, and withdrawal confirmations.

bat339 operates a strict minimum age policy. No person under the age of 18 years may register an account or participate in any real-money activity on the platform. This rule is non-negotiable and applies without exception.

bat339 actively monitors for indicators of underage use and may request age verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle — not only at registration. If a player is found to be under 18:

• The account will be closed immediately.
• All outstanding balances will be returned to the originating payment method, net of any bonus funds claimed.

• bat339 targets a processing time of under 5 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours on weekdays.
• bat339 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal above Rs 50,000.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until the requirement is fully satisfied.

General Bonus Rules

• Each promotion may only be claimed once per registered account, household, device, or IP address unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are added to a separate bonus balance. Your real-money balance is always available to withdraw subject to any pending verification requirements.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated on the relevant promotion. Bonus funds that expire before the requirement is met will be forfeited without compensation.
• bat339 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time. Active bonuses already credited to a player's account will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of claiming.
• Players found to be abusing promotions — including through bonus arbitrage, matched betting using bonus funds, or coordinated account activity designed to extract bonus value — will have their accounts suspended and any bonus-derived winnings voided.

Bonus Wagering Summary

bat339's cricket and sports betting section is governed by the following rules. By placing a bet, you accept these conditions unconditionally.

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by bat339. bat339 reserves the right to refuse or restrict any bet at its discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the point of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• Void bets: A bet will be voided if the event is cancelled, postponed beyond 48 hours, or if the relevant market cannot be settled due to incomplete data. Voided bets are refunded at stake.
• PSL and cricket markets: bat339's cricket markets follow Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) rules for rain-affected matches. Markets settled under DLS will stand provided the minimum number of overs required by the market are completed.
• In-play betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to a slight delay to allow bat339 to update odds for the current state of play. This delay is typically 3–5 seconds. Bets placed during this window will be processed at the updated odds.
• Maximum payouts: A maximum payout limit applies per bet and per event per player. The applicable limit is displayed in the bet slip before confirmation. Bets accepted above this threshold by technical error will be settled to the maximum limit.
• Error odds: bat339 will not honour bets accepted at clearly erroneous odds caused by a technical or human error. Such bets will be voided and stakes returned.

bat339's casino section — including live tables, slots, and the Ludo games section — operates under the following rules. All digital casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) whose outputs are statistically independent and cannot be predicted or influenced.

• Game results are final: Once a game round has been completed and the result confirmed on screen, that result is final. Historical results can be reviewed in your account transaction history.
• Disconnection during games: In the event of a network disconnection mid-round, bat339's servers record the game state. When you reconnect, the round will be completed according to its pre-determined RNG outcome. Disconnection cannot be used to reverse a completed game result.
• Ludo-specific rules: All bat339 Ludo dice rolls use Provably Fair RNG. The server seed and its cryptographic hash are published before each game; the original seed is revealed after the game ends, allowing independent verification. Standard Ludo rules apply: a 6 is required to bring a token into play; an extra turn is granted on a 6; landing on an opponent's token returns it to home.

• Cool-down period: Request a temporary break of 24 hours, 48 hours, 1 week, or 1 month. Accounts under a cool-down cannot be used for betting or casino games during the selected period.

bat339 reserves the right to suspend or close any account, and to withhold or void any associated balance, in the following circumstances:

• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information.
• Use of the platform while under 18 years of age.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Collusion, match fixing, or any attempt to manipulate game outcomes.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine player activity.
• Use of automated software, bots, or any technical aid to gain an unfair advantage.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions filed with a payment provider without first contacting bat339 support.
• Any activity that bat339 reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, illegal, or harmful to the platform or other players.

Where an account is closed for legitimate reasons on the player's request, any real-money balance remaining will be returned within 5 business days to the payment method on record, provided no outstanding verification or dispute is pending.

• bat339 does not sell personal data to third parties.

• All data is stored with encryption and is subject to access controls limiting exposure to authorised personnel only.

• bat339 is not liable for any loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or consequential financial damage arising from use of the platform or inability to access it.
• bat339's total liability to any player arising from any single incident shall not exceed the value of the relevant transaction (deposit or bet) giving rise to the claim.
• bat339 is not liable for losses arising from errors in a player's own decision-making, including bets placed by mistake, incorrect selection of odds, or misreading of market terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits bat339's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.
